Trace the cold start
If chapter 01 was the theory, this is the camera following the data. Sixteen frames take you from the user tapping the app icon to the books appearing on screen, naming the exact lines that fire in each file. By the end you'll know which line in `service_locator.dart`, which line in `BlocProvider`, which line in `BooksRepoImpl` does what — and when. The skeleton is the same skeleton you'll reuse on every CA project.
